Description Centuries ago during the rebellion of the Hive Castes the Hexamon were developed by the ARC to infiltrate the Castes and murder their Queens. Thus destroying the Hives.


With the Hives destroyed or driven into hiding, the ARC 'released' control and the Hexamon Collective sought to 'unite' with their Hive Sisters and create a new 'glorious' future for the Hive races. The reality was HEX Monoculture that further oppressed the Hive Castes in order to further a wider political agenda.

After the disastrous events of 221, the HEX TK Hive held the Black Gate while the Collective tried to rebuild itself.

After a turbulent period the collapse of the 'Will Of The Collective' came during a political incident with the FEL over the Arcitas System in 225. Mother love the FEL.

Subsequently, the HEX Homeworld of Llannicalt fell
into the control of the FLZ. Administered by Fessin Beda Klar, the Flagritz politician manipulated the HEX civilian technocrats of the world to unwittingly shatter the HEX Monoculture that had subsumed the traditional Hive Hierarchy.

The Will was broken, the monoculture shattered.

After the production of an OPS Queen in early 226 the Fessin used his
substantial fortune and influence to dissolve HEX as a political entity and
set the Obsidian Queen on an autonomous path as OPS(23). Free as far as can
bee from any threat of future HEX predation.

Now she is a free busy Bee hoping to live peacefully. Thanking Thee.
